President’s Cup Divisions: Boys/Girls U13*, U14*, U15*, U16* (Space is limited)

*All teams must meet (eligibility requirements)

Application Deadline: June 30, 2010

NOTE: TEAMS NOT PAID BY THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR ONLY! (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Participation Fee: $300.00 per team (U08-U10), $350.00 per team U11 & Above
