LANCASTER/DEPEW SOCCER CLUB WINTER GOALIE TRAINING 2009
The Lancaster/Depew Soccer Club is proud to announce our 2009 Winter Goalie Training Program featuring Christa Windhorst. Take advantage of this opportunity to get world-class training from one of the areas finest goalkeeper coaches.

- Lancaster High School Varsity Soccer: 8th grade through 12th grade - Monroe Community College: 2 years, starter, won national championship - SUNY Cortland, 2 years, starter, player of the year - St. John Fisher Soccer Camp: Instructor - SUNY Cortland Soccer Camp: Instructor - Canisius College Soccer Camp: Instructor
Eligible Participants: Travel and House Goalies (U10 through U17)
Training Days: Saturdays (5 sessions)
Training Location: St. Mary’s High School, 142 Laverack Ave.
Training Dates: December 12, 19, 26 and January 2, 9
Training Times: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (1 ½ hours in length)
Training Format: The program will be progressive in nature, so each week’s training will build upon the technique learned in the previous sessions.
Required Equipment: Goalie gloves, shin guards, shorts or pants, long sleeve shirt or goalie jersey (to prevent burns), size 4 or 5 soccer ball.
Cost: $20 includes all 5 sessions of training.
Payment: Checks payable to: Lancaster/Depew Soccer Club – Bring to the first session.
